Senior Visual / UI Designer

We are looking for someone with great skills in interface design and visual development of concept and envisioning. We are looking for a person with a solid aesthetic sense towards different design challenges which is collaborative and open to confrontation with other skills.

Your role will have both operational and task management responsibilities within a multidisciplinary team with different experience levels. You will need a predisposition to work in a group, to compare yourself with other senior figures constantly, and an inclination to guide and enhance junior figures who are an integral part of the project team. This job is for you if you want to put all your knowledge into play, challenge yourself and improve as a designer, ensuring high-quality output by working in synergy within multidisciplinary teams.

You'll be involved in projects varying between digital product design, experience design, envisioning, and service design with different clients and industries that will require your vertical expertise in unexpected and challenging contexts, often out of the comfort zone. 

You will be responsible for bringing visual expertise to interface design and delivery of design libraries and design systems and more systemic projects involving end-to-end service development.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team committed to lean and agile practices. Each team is led by a key Design Director and is dedicated to specific projects. As part of a design team, you will be autonomous in making operational decisions with your teammates and responsible for the deliverables that the team delivers.

Some weekly and daily practices will mark your work, and you will have ample autonomy to improve and develop them together with your teammates.

You will have the flexibility to make certain decisions through discussion with your teammates, your key Design Director, and organization at dedicated times. You will be empowered to bring your feedback into the project and team openly.

1. Contribute to each phase of the project through your vertical expertise
2. Contribute to delivery in terms of the quality of the content and the form in which it will be released to the end customer
3. To know how to expose to the customer rationales and design choices directly and through dedicated works (presentations, prototypes etc...)
4. Clearly identify and pursue team and project goals, set forth by the Design Director
5. Manage specific tasks independently and ensure the quality of the product
6. Support Junior figures in achieving project objectives
7. Collaborate with other multidisciplinary staff to achieve project objectives
8. Be proactive in improving and strive for personal and team excellence
9. Manage and coordinate the creation of design libraries and collaborate in drafting design systems according to atomic design principles on projects of different scales.
10. Manage and participate in design sprints and visual explorations on Brand experience projects, digital App development, B2C and B2B platforms and experiences

1. 5+ years UI/UX experience
2. Ability to support projects in English
3. Proven experience executing projects in multidisciplinary teams
4. Moodboard, scenario and envisioning board skills
5. Proven experience in execution and operational management of design libraries / design systems
6. Consolidated experience with software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe suite
7. Proven experience in prototyping with software such as Principle, Framer, Invision or similar
8. Proven experience in prototyping with software such as Principle, Framer, Invision or similar
9. Necessary predisposition to motion design (Micro interaction and Video)

2. Ability to develop personal projects and strong curiosity for the design/tech world
3. Ability to draw illustrations
4. Ability to display infographics or data visualizations
5. Ability to research and develop design solutions 
6. Strong propensity to seek new and meaningful solutions 
7. Strong communication skills of their ideas and solutions
8. Strong predisposition to active collaboration in group
9. Knowledge of languages other than Italian and English
