Sketchin - Transition Strategy - Italian gas infrastructure company - pipes

Gas infrastructural operator – We have helped a Major gas infrastructural operator starting up an envisioning project using the design thinking methodologies to hypothesize how, in a near future, the Internet of Things applied to the industrial context will transform the gas infrastructure.

Sketchin - Transition Strategy - electric bus service design

Global energy transformation company – Starting with a backcasting approach we have defined the ideal 2030 future vision and then worked backwards to identify execution strategies: electric vehicles can become high tech sensors for energy optimization, unveiling new sustainable revenue streams from all around the smart cities.

Sketchin - Transition Strategy - ERSL deliverable

ERSL - Ente Regionale per lo Sviluppo del Luganese – Weak signals, news, and events reveal possible lines of change for the future. Starting from those signals, we defined the key attributes of a desirable future for the Luganese, using stories created by the citizens. Alongside the Regional Institution for the Luganese Development, we built a new vision for the territory, together with people that live and work in the region, and the officials and mayors from the Luganese cities.
