The objectives of the role

You will develop relationships with new prospects as a Sketchin Business Developer with solid experience and aptitude in business development and strategic client management, supporting Sketchin's organic growth, mainly in the Italian and Swiss territory. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in Sketchin's international expansion strategy.
In synergy with the Chief Strategy Officer, you will drive commercial growth strategies of the Firm's pipeline, imagining, proposing and implementing new lead generation initiatives, capturing the challenges of market change, e.g. digital transformation, operational efficiency, vision of new business opportunities, innovation.
You will partner with Sketchin leveraging your consultative approach to make clients feel comfortable with Sketchin's entire end-to-end innovation and design process, fostering relationships with decision-makers by supporting them to address innovation challenges within complex organizational contexts, building long-term relationships and ultimately achieving new client booking goals.
You will be a passionate Sketchin brand ambassador.

What you will do

- Define the business strategy, together with the Chief Strategy Officer and in line with the objectives of the Corporate Board, in order to operate in the market in a manner consistent with the Firm's proposition, achieving client and market business targets of + €2m.
- Build and execute the account strategy and account plan in the market, using reporting tools (such as Salesforce) to monitor and communicate new leads and project opportunities, ensuring that contracts for new projects are closed in a timely manner and signed;
- Contact and build relationships with new prospects to capture new opportunities for the company;
- Adopt new lead generation strategies to reach market segments not yet covered by the firm.
- You will need to possess strategic business relationships with prospects close to the firm's proposition and offering.

What you need to succeed

- Proven track record of achieving +2 million euro sales in strategy/consultancy for innovation/design and digital product and service development in Europe

- Experience in managing and growing strategic relationships with global companies

- A passion for experience design and growth strategies

- Fluent Italian and English

- A deep understanding of what it takes to become a trusted advisor
