CheBanca!
CheBanca! is part of the Mediobanca Group and is an Italian retail bank born in 2008, primarily focusing on savings and investments and striving for absolute excellence in its financial consulting services.
Strongly digital-oriented since the beginning, in 2016 the bank asked us to support them in the evolution of their digital ecosystem.
Thanks to a strong collaboration between the company and our design team, we helped CheBanca! enhance its digital offer by shaping the entire service around the experience of use and its evolution over time, by providing operational support in managing the development of the mobile products and by supporting the validation through agile testing of the whole digital ecosystem.
Several co-design activities have been conducted since the beginning of the project to set up the best collaboration and communication strategies.
In order to guarantee the highest design quality the main project stakeholders have been involved through the testing activities to identify and resolve about 80% of the existing usability problems, monitoring the end-to-end user experience, and defining a design system for the project concept.
Thanks to the renewed digital ecosystem, CheBanca! has allowed its users to reach their bank from anywhere in a simple and effective way, defining a modern concept of mobile banking.
