Spotting new users' habits

ParkinGo Group is a mobility services company, leader in airport parking with over 80 active locations in Europe. The company focused on the website’s converting journey to better understand the areas of improvement for their digital customer experience. 

A careful on-field observation, with interviews and "mystery clients" at the parking for a complete overview, have allowed us to experiment and understand the habits, behaviors and needs of travelers along their path.

Outcome

The information collected was useful to define a first level of insights, which granted us the identification of several challenges and opportunities. The new booking experience was then tested on digital channels, after implementing a large number of platform improvements.
