Volkswagen FS needed to validate and measure the customers and prospects’ propension to purchase a car insurance, bundled with three different mobility service-packs, based on the customer’s car model and the related financial plan.

Outcome

Through a dedicated landing page for targeted customers, we gathered and validated several insights to determine which insurance products bundle appeal more, thus setting the basis for an extended retention program.
