In an ever-changing landscape where finding ways to stay relevant is crucial for organizations, we apply design thinking and lean methodologies to help explore new markets, identify ventures which will enhance growth- even discontinuous ones - launch new businesses and turn ideas into profitable business ventures.

Venture design thus meets three major goals:

  • Empowering companies to be responsive to future opportunities by imagining and choosing their own future;
  • Building a portfolio of innovative ideas while creating an internal team capable of experimenting with new ways of working and different operational models;
  • Reducing time between the creation of a new business and its arrival on the market, by exploiting the advantages of an iterative-incremental approach that is able to quickly incorporate market responses.

Discovering and exploring new market opportunities

We create an integrated core team made up of members of our team and a group of people selected by the client. We bring together different skills and personalities to understand preferred future scenarios, challenges and business opportunities. We define the challenges our clients want to face and map out the steps to fulfil their vision.

Conceiving and co-designing with users

We generate ideas together with end customers and market experts. We define value propositions and test them through low-fidelity prototypes to quickly assess operational and business impacts. The core team is responsible for assessing which ideas to develop in the following phase.

03.

Validating the business model

We develop the ideas with the greatest potential to understand market response, reduce failure risk and validate the solution. In parallel, we explore different business models by carrying out sustainability analysis, the results of which guide investment assessments.
